Privacy and Zerg sign-in
Credential authority
ZergAI acts as the credential authority when you choose “Sign in with Zerg.” It shares your stable account identifier, verified email address, and profile name with ZergDesk after you consent.
ZergDesk stores that authority identifier so future sign-ins return to the same account. ZergDesk does not receive or store your ZergAI password, and an authority role never grants a ZergDesk role.
SSO accounts
ZergDesk uses Zerg SSO for account creation, sign-in, and recovery. When your verified Zerg email matches a legacy Desk account, that account is connected to your Zerg identity so its workspace memberships remain available. An account connected to a different Zerg identity cannot be claimed by email.
You can inspect the connection in Account. Desk does not accept local account passwords or offer a separate password reset. Account recovery is handled by Zerg.
